You will not use the Platform in any manner that disturbs its quiet operation or the privacy of others who may rely upon it.

Data may be delayed, estimated, sourced from third parties, or subject to interruption without notice. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. You assume all risk arising from any decision made — or not made — in view of what you see here.
IV. Applications & Correspondence
Submissions through our forms create no obligation on either side. We may review, retain, decline, or destroy such materials at our discretion and without explanation. Submission does not entitle you to a response, a relationship, or access beyond what we choose to grant.
V. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian Capital Management LLC, its affiliates, principals, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
VI. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the entities named above from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable counsel) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
VII. Modifications & Discretion
We may alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, without notice. These Terms may be revised by publication on this page; your continued use constitutes acceptance. Matters not expressly addressed remain within our discretion.
VIII. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes shall lie in courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, unless we elect otherwise.
Questions of interpretation are resolved by us, in good faith or otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder survives.
